Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 of teaspoon saffron threads, soaked in warmth water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • half cup clean cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsleyy, chopped
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/four cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package deal phyllo dough, thawed
  • Powdered sugar and ground cinnamon (for dusting)

Instructions:
