  • 5 kg chicken, cut into pieces

  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Fresh coriander or parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

1) Marinate the Chicken:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with minced garlic, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, turmeric, saffron threads, salt, and black pepper.

2) Sear the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large tagine or a heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Brown the marinated chicken pieces on all sides until golden. This step provides,  intensity of taste to the dish..

3) Saute the Aromatics:
